I have nail extensions removal from LCT branch. And I can't move on the 400 pesos charge and the only thing manicurist did is removed my nail extensions. Hindi inayos, para pang minadali. Ang sungit pa nung nag-asikaso sakin. Akala ko pa naman may kasama ng konting linis but wth. AND SO PUDPUD PA NG KUKO KO 😭😭 nasayang na nga yung pera, pati yung ilang months pang pagpapahaba ng kuko. So disappointing 😤

Malinis ang space at gamit, pero medyo inconsistent ang staff. Mukhang hindi lahat properly trained. May iba na mabigat ang kamay, kaya I ended up with multiple wounds sa hands and feet. Hindi ko sure kung ngayon lang, pero maingay sa loob kasi hindi nila sinasara yung door. Rinig tuloy yung music galing sa labas ng mall.

Cute interiors. The first time I went there, service was good. Last ko na punta, hindi malinis pagkakagawa. Tapos yung pedicurista, umalis lang d man lang pinagpag yung mga dead skin na natanggal nya sa taas ng paa ko. Ako pa naglinis. Basta na lang umalis. Depende kung sinong ma-assign sayo. Compared to nailandia in the same building tho, mas ok parin makitungo in general yung mga tao dito. May sense of professionalism parin kumbaga.

Mom and Me Nails SM Dasma Branch I had an ordinary manicure today which cost me ₱350 still quite pricey for a basic nail service. I only wanted a simple cleaning and neat polish, but I expected at least a clean and polished result, especially since they used an ORLY brand. Unfortunately, I’m not satisfied with how my nails turned out. The finish wasn’t clean or smooth , honestly, it looked like it was done by my 12 yrs old niece at home, not by a spa clinic. The staff also seemed to be in a hurry and appeared to give better treatment only to customers availing higher-priced services, which is disappointing. Whether it’s an ordinary or premium service, all customers deserve the same care and attention. I even told the nail tech that my nails weren’t done properly, but she didn’t bother to fix them. I left the salon feeling bad and disappointed, like I just wasted my money. Hoping the management can improve their service quality and train staff to treat all customers equally, regardless of what service they choose.

Terrible reception. Very unorganized. The nails of my sister and nieces turned out to be horrible as well.

The place is so dainty and perfect for mom and daughter bonding. But the service is poor.
