The service was really poor and the staff were also rude especially the old lady. She was going around about how the lashes I chose (originally Anime) were similar to the whispy style. While this is mostly true, her persistence was really annoying and they made me wait for an hour to eat lunch. Most of the people who work here were very inexperienced and unprofessional. May iba pang hindi alam kung paano gawin ang mga eyelash extension services nila, not to mention their over costed prices and plucking my former lashes for removal. The old lady staff was extremely misogynistic too because while one of their lash technicians and I were in the middle of our appointment, she was saying this like "malandi" and "kaartehan". I hope SM North Towers and their superiors take action to do something about this.
