Had my nail extensions removal, super natagalan pa sa pag hanap sa nail salon nila since nilipat sa 3rd floor The Block ng SM North, that time ako lang customer, then may nadagdag after 10minutes, the nail tech is saying na "kakangawit naman to haha" but I am the one who should complaint since imbis na lumipat sya sa kabilang side to do the other nail to remove my extensions kinuha lang nya other hand ko and place it sa other side which will cause "ngawit" to me, she is also insisting to have a "nail cleaning" as an additional but I said "Ay ate papahinga ko po nails ko so need lang po removal" she keeps on sayjng it and nadidinan nya pag remove, super incomfy, nagsabi ako na nasagad nya nail bed ko kaya namula and sabi lang nya "Ay Manipis lang po nails nyo" kahit di naman ganun na experience ko sa ibang nail tech! Jusko never again, overpriced but not good service! Gusto mo sana ma relax but turns out na stress ako sa sobrang uncomfy and di pinakinggan ni ate sinabi ko!

Sobrang dissappointed ako. first time ako naka encounter ng ganitong work sa nails ko. tapos nag insist pa sila na magbayad ako, dahil mabait ano pumayag ako kahit removal lang daw ang bayaran ko.

Had a great experience with them! It was a bit pricey, since they're located at the mall, but the service and result was worth it for me I'd like to commend Reggie. She was manning the counter, but I believe she was also the manager. I told her that it was my first time getting nail extensions + gel manicure + nail art, and she patiently explained each one for me. She also helped me choose the best colors and suggested ways to keep me within my price range. I really appreciate it! It was a great first experience for me. Josephine, my nail artist, was also very skilled and patient with me. I still admire my nails, even after more than 2 weeks. 😹 The place was very high end, and the seat was comfortable and felt expensive. I really enjoyed my time there. Thanks again! I'll come back, since this had me appreciating my nails. 😆

We had an amazing time at Top Gel – The Block branch! The staff went above and beyond to help us decorate for our surprise bridal shower, making the event extra special for my best friend. They were incredibly accommodating, ensuring that everything was set up perfectly. The service was excellent, and the spa was spotlessly clean, creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. A huge thank you to Ms. Reg and the unforgettable staff, who not only took great care of us but also kept the mood light and fun with their playful jokes. I went to Top Gel a few times during my recent visit to the Philippines. Top Gel caught my eye when I was looking for a nail salon that can do nail art. The salon is well presented, high glass doors, high ceiling, with a stylish and well lit interior. They have very comfortable chairs and I believe their accessibility to me is well worth the price. I would like to make special mention of a few staff members who made my visit truly memorable: Monica, Reggie, Pearl, and Angel. Not only did they display skill and professionalism, they were fun and easy to talk to that even if the nail designs I chose took a while to complete due to it's complexity, they talked, chatted, and laughed with me to keep my mood high. They were also very attentive, not just to me but all customers during busy periods. They communicate pricing well, and make sure to give a heads up to oncoming people if there is a bit of a wait for their services. I highly recommend visiting this place in SM North Edsa the Block and I hope to come back again for my next visit to the Philippines. Thank you team!
