Okay naman yung service nila sa customer. Ang pangit lang sa branch SM Grand Central hirap magpaschedule online at di pa nagrereply. Pagtinatawagan contact number. Di rin sumasagot. Ring lang ng ring. Kaya dun ako nadidismaya sa branch na ito☹️ Di katulad sa ibang branch nila. Mabilis magreply at sumagot ng tawag. Thumbs up👍 sa SM SANGANGDAAN BRANCH👏
They didn’t provide a 15-minute interval between clients. Even if I informed them I would only be a minute late, they still marked it against me. This is already my second time experiencing this. Mind u that i travel 1hour before. No consideration. Honestly, this is the worst branch.
I had my worst experience in this branch. The receptionist was not nice. Also I think the aesthetician was new. I got burnt after underarm diode laser. I messaged their customer service and their instagram and told what happened. They just ignored my message. Now I have a keloid because of that burn.
I arrived only 7 minutes late to my scheduled appointment due to heavy rain and traffic. Upon arrival, the staff immediately emphasized that I was late and informed me that I would need to wait. Since I understood that being late has consequences, I accepted it without any issue. However, what disappointed me was that I ended up waiting for more than an hour without being given a clear estimate of the waiting time. During that period, around 6 clients were accommodated before me. It honestly felt unfair considering I was only 7 minutes late. I understand the importance of schedules and respecting appointment times, but I also hope the branch can handle situations with more consideration and better communication. Making a client wait for over an hour for being just a few minutes late is unreasonable and very frustrating. This was a very disappointing experience, and unfortunately the worst service I’ve experienced.
"Cheapest is not always better, but the cheapest is often the worst." I availed their Brazilian diode promo (7 sessions for around 5k). During my first session, the aesthetician didn’t apply any cream before shaving, which caused cuts and scars after a few days. IT WAS EXTREMELY CARELESS! For my 2nd to 7th sessions, I requested a different aesthetician to handle the procedure. BUT, she shaved ALL THE HAIR on my private area, then later told me in my next session that bikini area wasn’t included in the Brazilian package. Like??? KUMAPAL NA YUNG HAIR SA BIKINI LINE DAHIL SHINAVE MO THEN SASABIHIN MO HINDI PWEDE I-LASER KASI HINDI KASAMA SA BINAYARAN KO??? Also, expect that all their aestheticians will try to upsell their products during or after session to the point that it becomes annoying. If you refuse, they tend to become rude. Attitude kung attitude. This is Skinstation. Don’t expect good service just because it’s cheap. This feels like a SCAM.
I visited the Skin Station branch at SM Grand Central last May 21, 2026 for an Anti-Acne Facial and Light Therapy treatment. Before the session started, I already confirmed the total cost, which was PHP 1,400, and agreed to proceed based on that amount. The treatment itself went smoothly, and the aesthetician was accommodating during the session. However, I was disappointed with what happened afterward at the counter. Upon payment, several skincare products were suddenly included and presented as part of my bill, increasing the total to more than PHP 3,000. While I understand that product recommendations and upselling are part of the business, I felt uncomfortable that the products were added upfront without clearly asking for my consent first. It came across as overly aggressive and beyond my intended budget for the visit. I had to repeatedly explain that I only came in for the facial treatment and did not plan to purchase additional products. In the end, I only bought the antibiotic cream since I felt it was necessary. I hope the branch management can improve how product recommendations are communicated to customers. Suggesting products is understandable, but customers should not feel pressured or surprised with additional charges that were not clearly agreed upon beforehand. I initially visited the branch in good faith because of the brand’s reputation and wide presence. Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed.
