I went here to use my HMO (MediCard) for a teeth cleaning. But to my surprise, they said it wasn’t covered by my HMO because my teeth supposedly needed deep cleaning, not mild, since my last cleaning was in 2019. They said I needed to pay PHP 1,000. I cancelled the service but still had to pay PHP 250 for the asepsis fee. I requested a document for my checkup, but they said they wouldn’t release it to me. I went to a different clinic on the same day, also HMO-accredited, and they didn’t charge me anything. In fact, they even complimented my teeth for being clean! I wouldn’t recommend this clinic. Daylight robbery.

First time to visit in this clinic a week ago. I've got my teeth cleaned and performed dental filling or pasta. I've used my HMO card (Maxicare) but the only service covered is basic cleaning. Clinic is small but clean and tidy. Patient must pay 350 pesos for infection control and will have to put on PPE before entering the same as other dental clinic. Doc and her assistant are very professional. I've set an appointment by reaching thru viber. I got their number thru their Facebook page. You have the option to pay via bank transfer.

I recently visited EZETHEA DENTAL CLINIC for a PERMANENT FILLING (Pasta) and CLEANING. While the dentist was professional and did a good job, I was disappointed with several aspects of the experience. Firstly, despite having an HMO card, I was unable to use it and ended up paying ₱3,800 for the procedure. This was a significant expense, and I was hoping to utilize my benefits. Secondly, THERE WAS A 5% CHARGE FOR USING A CREDIT CARD, which felt unnecessary. Additionally, and I had to pay a ₱250 ASEPSIS FEE. Finally, my appointment was scheduled for a specific time, but I ended up waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes. This was frustrating and added to the overall inconvenience of the visit. While the dental work itself was satisfactory, the lack of transparency regarding costs, the additional fees, and the extended wait time left me feeling dissatisfied. I'm not sure I would recommend this clinic to others.

Doc Wilma has been my dentist for years now, she's an excellent dentist with a very good heart. She's like our family dentist, I trust her. She's an acclaimed doctor and I highly recommend her to my friends, colleagues, and students. She provides an excellent job for a reasonable price. Hindi naman mahal. The place is cozy and easy to find. It's near SM Grand Central so you can rest after your session.

Dentists are accomodating. The clinic itself is clean and they practice health protocols the staffs/dentist, and also they assist the patients politely. The clinic staff/dentists sanitized their equipments/tools every after use. The dentists are very knowledgeable on what they do and give advices to what the patients needs to be done even after the procedure. Also they are sensitive to their patients needs. Take note that I am a first time patients of this clinic and I will comeback again have my teeth taken care of this dental clinic.
