What the actual heck? nag cut off ng ganto kaaga for Company Annual Physical Exam (Female Physical Exam) dahil lang sa madaming tao kaninang umaga? tapos gusto pa paconsult muna kami seperately para magamit HMO dhil pag walang consultation may bayad ung ipapaexam nmin na covered nmm talaga ng Company HMO nmin? Poor service, maldita mga nasa front desk Nov. 15, 11:14 am.

Di sila tatanggap ng patient pag hindi nakakalakad. They will tell you kaylangan ng ER kahit hindi naman needed ng ER ang patient. Nag inform kami bago pumunta for blood test package and consultation which is para mabasa narin results sana. Kaso upon arrival sa clinic ayaw tanggapin since hindi makalakad ang patient? Hindi maka hinga daw ang patient? Kahit sinabi over the phone ang situation ni patient one day prior dalin sa clinic for blood test

BEWARE KUNG MAG PAPA XRAY KAYO DITO KASI LAGING MALI MALI ANG IMPRESSION NILA SA RESULT. PLUS HINDI RADIOLOGIST ANG NAG BABASA NG PLATE. BIBIGYAN KA NG SAKIT KAHIT WALA NAMAN...

Worst experience ever. Lagi nag-cut off ng pila pag marami na patients. Inabot ng 3 days ang medical exam na 2 hrs lang sa ibang medical lab clinics

Worst client service. I’ve been here three times and still unable to use my health card. The first time they asked for a request, I understand. The second time no doctor and the third time with lab request but will all the fuss. This is a private laboratory and in good faith I trust that I can avail. They will make stories like you went to their other branch with this lab when I actually did not go through that request. Sabihin nio lang po kung ayaw nio magpa gamit ng health card maiintindihan ko ung una at pangalawang beses. But the third time? What is your reason? Paano ipagkakatiwala sa inyo ang health ng mga tao when you have poor client service?

Since I am only for Physical Exam and an X-ray procedure, the Doctor i had my P.E. with and the Rad Tech who facilitated my X-ray procedure is the only professional and decent person I have dealt and encountered here. Observing and encountering people from the front desk do not know how to deal with people who are PWD properly. Took me 4 hours matapos lang ang dalawang procedure. Poor service.
