Arrived here on a Tuesday morning (10:00 AM) for a check-up, it was very busy that day and we had to wait for a little over 2 hours for our prescription and medicine. The receptionist was nice, and had an organized queuing system. Just be prepared to wait for at least an hour for the results to come out.
Staffs are very unapproachable. We were not allowed to take pictures even if it's for personal use only. The management must do something about their unfriendly staffs!
Pofessional and friendly doctors and staff
I was a patient of Dr. Emilie a decade ago and had no issue with her practice but evidently the opthalmology department has some serious adjustments to make. First of all, a decade ago the staff members were warm and friendly especially the old time nurse/admin lady. Now, all of them except her are very sassy and rude towards patients especially towards the elderlies who visits for their post-op. They yell at them and make unprofessional remarks. The main thing I have an issue with was their triage, there was no sense of urgency for patients who are in need of immediate care, they don't bother to ask you why are you there to see the doctor, all they care about is for you to fill up their bloody queue paper and order you to sit around the waiting area, I understand that clinics or hospitals are hectic environments however they are so inappropriately unapproachable. I'm not satisfied with the consultation that was performed for my boyfriend's eye injury, there was no clear diagnosis as we spoke with the doctor and it seems like their priority was to sign you up for Phil heath surgery which clearly wasn't necessary after getting a second opinion and he was treated right away with no extortion - like charges. Not all patients have a basic understanding of what procedures are necessary to be done for them and it's not helpful if things were not clearly explained - this is a medical practice and I believe it's a physician's duty to educate and prioritize treatment above all. It's a pity that I have to make this awful review here but you can't make these things up.
