Bad experince they refuse my mother too many alibis even though there's only 2 customer and one of the employee prejudiced my mom and laughed at her back Is the manager even okay with this rude harrasing behavior? NEVER. VISIT. THIS. DISCRIMINATORY. PLACE.

We were greeted by a slouchy attendant, they refused to serve us. I went to their place to get a pamper time, they mentioned that it will take an hour and a half, then thought of booking an appointment instead and come baack after 2 hours only for us to be refused. We can't even be allowed to book for other dates??? She ended up laughing with her coworker. The light was dimly lit and a lot of reviews saying about the slouchy work is true, I'm glad we got to dodge it. It also smelled foul in that place. To the store owner, how could you let your workers do this to their customers? This is one of the worst "pampering" places to be.

- Poor customer service. - I’m not sure if they’re trying to skimp on their expenses but the air conditioning is barely working - There’s Wi-Fi but the attendants said the router isn’t working (there’s poor reception for Smart in this area) - Worst of all, they only have neon ang glittery nail polish available because they "ran out" of polish. I’d understand if one or two colors are not available, but a whole range? Aren’t they suppose to keep inventory? - They also only accept cash, even though storefront uses signs with visa and Mastercard logos. Doesn’t accept digital payments either. Didn’t bother to let customers know until it’s time to pay and services have been rendered. Had to cross to another building to withdraw money from the ATM. All of these and and they’re not even apologetic at all. So inconsiderate and inconvenient when it’s suppose to pamper you.

Got an infection in BOTH toes. It hurts so much that I couldn't walk. Not worth it. Better find another nail salon.

Arrived at 7:44, there were no customers. They refused to serve me because their last call is 7:30 and they close at 9:00. Pity the Owner of this place, paying her staff while they’re sitting around.
