Nagpa 1-hour foot reflexology (inooffer nila separately from the usual mani-pedi package nila) for P350 pero simula palang napansin ko nanghuhula ng pagmasahe at parang ayaw magtrabaho ng nagserservice saakin at nung nag request ako na pakidagdagan sumimangot siya. Pinatagal ko ng konti baka sakaling magimprove yung masahe kaso hindi talaga at kitang-kita talaga na wala sa puso ang pagtrtrabaho sakanya. Pinatigil ko nalang po siya bago matapos ang isang paa ko kasi hindi na ako masaya sa serbisyo niya. Patay malisya lang sila sa nangyari na insedente, ni comment o feedback hindi nila ako hiningian at siningil parin ako ng P175 para sa isang paa ko na hindi ko ramdam ang pagmasahe. Pakiramdam ko po ay luging-lugi ako dun at siningil pa ako at walang kapalit na matinong serbisyo. Sinabihan ko naman po sila na hindi kasalanan ng mga employees pero more of the management ng NAIL FILES.

Clean area and relaxing ambiance. Mabait lahat ng staff. Availed Package 1 (foot spa and pedi with 20min free foot reflex) and 1 hour body massage. Gel removal, foot spa and pedi cleaning were excellent. Maayos and pulido ang linis, magaan ang kamay. Regular polish had bubbles though, and staff forgot the 20mins foot reflex that was supposedly part of the package. *Massage* Sorry but I can tell that the staff assigned for the body massage was not well-trained, not even a massage therapist. Sad to say, it was the most terrible experience that I had the worst headache after instead of complete relaxation. (About 30mins+ slow tapping of my back, literal na pindot lang taas baba - nakadapa for the whole 1 hour with open lights and all). Please consider those with TESDA trainings or do not offer body massage until you have a legit massage therapist. Sayang kasi ang potential ng branch if services are not at par with competitors. Okay naman personalities ng staff, and the way they accommodate clients. Mabait talaga. More trainings lang siguro.

My first time to try Nail Files in Vista mall and definitely my last. Never again. As in never.

Their nail tech did a horrible job at removing my gel polish. Kaya nga nag pay ako to have it removed kasi I trust they’ll do it properly but I was wrong. Natuklap yung nails ko kasi kinutkot lang nila yung gel polish and they will charge you 100 per nail for the removal
