Not satisfied. Paid 400 pesos for a sloppy haircut. (Not pantay) And I was told na dili jud daw mapantay kay mao daw akong hairline. So wala nako nag reklamo kay I was told nagud by an "expert". Then, had to get it fixed to another salon. Napantay man? Nasunod pa akong gusto na length.

The 2 stylists who helped me were friendly, professional, and did extra like head massage, water, offered coffee or tea. The booking was also fast.

I was dismayed when I parked in front of this branch one quiet lunch time on a Thursday. The sign says CLOSED but one staff flipped the sign when I came in….The staff was busy with their phones (and I’m talking about at least 5 visible people). Even the guy at the counter seemed to be awoken by my presence. I didn’t expect this scene really. I don’t find the staff accommodating or friendly at all. Even the lady who performed the footspa and mani/pedi had a blank expression when I gave her instructions. She wasn’t even gentle rinsing me off (not guiding my legs in many instances) …I don’t understand the soak that makes your feet pink…..Isn’t it SOP to ask a customer first for their preference? All staff should be briefed by management on how to handle customers with care….In my opinion they are nicer only with old (repeat) customers. The lady did an okay job in grooming my nails even wounding my fourth toe and a finger a bit…. I visited The Compound branch a few times and had a better experience there….Asked my name upon entering and issuing an OR upon payment….This Jacinto branch on the other hand is quite the opposite and salon needs tidying up. So it was really a surprise reading good comments on this branch when in fact I had an undelightful experience…. Surely, my first and last visit!

I love this salon. They've been my go to salon for over 9 years. They take time in examining your hair type to know which treatment would be best for you. They're also generous in giving suggestions what hairstyle they think would best suit you. The products they use are top of the line. I've never experienced any damage to my hair. It's as if it didn't go through digital perm, keratin, hair coloring, and rebonding. It's like every time I get a treatment, after I come out of the salon, it's like it's the natural style of my hair. I've gotten so many compliments from friends because of my hair. They like it so much that a number of them have been going to pink and gold too for their hairstyling, coloring, rebonding. Oh, and they also have excellent customer experience. I can't imagine having my hair styled by any other salon.

This salon is super nice! The staff there were super kind and professional, and i really love the results! My hair feels like it has been reborn, they use professional and branded products and tools that is why it might be quite expensive but you really do get what you pay for! Totally recommend you go here!
