I genuinely love the nail services here. Among all the places I’ve tried, they’re affordable and get the job done well. What I don’t like, however, is the lack of an appointment system, which often leads to very long waiting times. They also sell drinks and snacks inside, but nothing too special.

I went for my first manicure today, and the place was really nice. I was expecting that the person doing my manicure is friendly, and she was at first. However, she made some negative comments about my nails, which caught me off guard. Unfortunately, she accidentally cut my cuticles on my two middle fingers—one even bled, and the other feel discomfort when I applied alcohol. She covered it with a towel, but didn’t acknowledge it, shejust said "nasamad gamay" and smiled without apologizing. It was really disappointing, but the overall atmosphere of the place was good.

I just had a mani-pedi done here today and the service was great! I messed up one of my nails while it was drying and they did a touchup with no trouble at all. They also didn’t try to upsell me on a foot bath, scrub or gel. It was a seamless transaction. However, they don’t accept cards so bring your pesos or GCash. Coffee, tea and other drinks are also available. I tried the iced caramel mocha and really enjoyed it. I think they are geniuses selling drinks to their customers like that. Botox and other cosmetic services are available but I didn’t try any of them. It’s tempting, though.

I had an incredibly disappointing and uncomfortable experience here. I was forced to wait far too long, and the entire time the staff was loud and unprofessional, creating a chaotic environment. To make matters worse, the slippers they provided were unhygienic and clearly hadn't been cleaned. The technician assigned to me was very careless and consistently hurt my nails without ever saying sorry. Her snobbish attitude made me feel unwelcome and ignored. Between the lack of cleanliness and the poor service, I will definitely not be returning.
