Nail Addik by Creative Nails Ayala Center Cebu

I had my gel manicure done last March 1, 2026 in the SM City Cebu branch, but after 3 days (March 4, 2026) this is the result. Mind you, hindi palaging nakaBabad sa tubig mga kamay ko (kung mababad mn ito ay tuwing naghuhugas ng kamay before and after meals lamang). So dissapointed that it didn't last as long as what I had experienced from other Nail Salons. Just a waste of money!

Not satisfied with the service. Misleading yung mga packages nila. My husband just want a simple manicure and pedicure. He just want to avail yung package nilang Nourishing mani and pedicure worth(500+) yun din sinabi nya sa FDO ng salon. Then nung magbabayad na sya siningil na sya ng 900 kasi daw ang ginawa sa kanya is yung isang package na may nail polish. My husband is not aware na yung COLORLESS POLISH nila is worth 400 wala man lang nagexplain sa kanya kasi sa ibang nail shops naman free na ang colorless polish so kala ng husband ko free yun. Tapos sa package may nakalagay na SOOTHING MASSAGE! E wala man lang daw naramdaman ang husband ko na massage! 🤦🏽‍♀️ kung meron man daw hinila lang daliri nya! Massage ba yun!? This shop is A SCAM!!!

Not only did I have a fantastic service done but I had a phenomenal experience from all of the team. Special thank you to my nail artist Lottie and also to princess. I had such an enjoyable time with great conversation with a great result to my nails. So much joy and laughter from you all - I wish you lots of luck & hope to visit again soon ❤️❤️

This is actually my 4th time to get my nails done at Nail Addik, my go to nail spot in Cebu from SM City branch to Ayala Center... Look! I'm sooooooooo in love with my pretty nails 😍 btw their staffs are very welcoming and the place is instagrammable, go strike a pose in every inch! Service and the quality, SO GOOD ✅

I was really disappointed with my experience at Nail Addik. The nail polish application had visible bubbles, making the finish look uneven and poorly done. For a salon that charges higher-than-average prices, I expected better quality and attention to detail. The bubbles were noticeable immediately after application and unfortunately ruined the overall look. Additionally, the nail cleaning for both my hands and feet was uncomfortable and slightly painful, which made the service feel less relaxing than expected. I also noticed that some staff members were distracting the technician working on my nails and being playful during the service, which affected the professionalism and focus of the work. I hope the salon takes this feedback seriously and improves both their service quality and staff conduct.

Did not get the nails i wanted at ALL. I wanted a fill, and they told me they’d give another kind of nail extension. During the process, they told me to not do extension and just nail colour. I said i did NOT want my natural nails cut. They cut it short anyway. They filed my natural nail down too much with the wrong, and too harsh of a drill bit, to the point where my natural nails became even more red and sensitive. The gel polish overflowed to my cuticles on most of my nails, and came off within a few days. Completely unprofessional and unhygienic.
