DO NOT COME HERE. This salon has gone downhill badly. My nail tech used tools from her personal bag with no proof of sterilization, then used the same tools on herself and tried to use them on me. I said "Ayaw nalang, ate" and she still proceeded. This is a serious hygiene and safety issue, especially with sharp tools. Thankfully I wasn’t cut, but the risk alone is unacceptable. I left feeling disgusted and unsafe. Avoid this place

Is this seriously a paid professional service? Do not ever go here. There are air bubbles everywhere, you can see every single brush stroke, and it’s a complete mess. A 7-year-old kid could paint better than this. It’s honestly ridiculous that someone is making money with this level of technique.

I had high hopes for this place, especially when it came to cleanliness, but I was disappointed upon arriving. The salon was not as clean as I expected. The staff who assisted me unfortunately had body odor, and their uniforms looked worn and unwashed. It was also concerning to see that their own nails were dirty, which made me question the overall hygiene standards. Another issue was how rough they were with my hands during the service. They kept hitting my fingers and seemed unaware or unbothered when I flinched from the discomfort, especially when they used the cutter too aggressively. The final result of my nails wasn’t terrible — they do have the skill. However, cleanliness and proper hygiene practices were lacking. Also, I think I had UV burn

If only I can give 0 rating I will. I had an appointment booked for 11:00 AM and arrived early at 10:50 AM to give them time to prepare. I also travelled far from Lapu-Lapu to Ayala just for this appointment, so I expected it to be honoured. When I arrived, only one staff member was working. I was asked if I had a booking (which I did), but I was not properly accommodated. I was told she could only take me at 1:00 PM because she was still serving another client — someone who wasn’t even booked in their system. I was then asked to come back later, which wasn’t possible as I already had other plans. This was extremely disappointing and a waste of time. If there are not enough staff to honour booked appointments, clients should be informed in advance. It’s unacceptable to make customers travel far and then turn them away. I left and made it clear I won’t be coming back. If a salon cannot manage bookings due to lack of staff, it may be better to close temporarily rather than inconvenience customers.

Plz everyone stop going. The nails were roughly filed, so the finish was jagged, and even though I showed a photo, the result was completely different and the color looked tacky. It was just a simple French design, yet I was kept for more than three hours, and the work was still terrible. It was truly a waste of both money and time. I’ll be generous and take it as a learning experience, but I sincerely hope no more victims will have to go through this.

Don’t ever come to this place. The service is lousy and not worth it at all, they completely messed up our gel pedicure.

i actually had a good time while having my nails done here! I had my toe nails cleaned and the work was thoroughly done. I'd come back for another nail sesh!
