Cheap quality nail polish & poor workmanship. Very unsanitary. Naghihiraman ng tools - nail cutter, nipper etc - dalawang staff attending to different customers simultaneously. In short, no sterilization ng tools. Imagine this, after gamitin nung isa for a different customer yung tools, ginamit naman sa akin. Nasugat pa ako.

Excellent customer care and very friendly staff. I availed the nail tech service and my partner loved the result. The design was our own idea, not from the salon, but they followed our request carefully and delivered great results. Highly satisfied.

I had a gel manicure and pedicure. The staff were very friendly and kind, and the atmosphere was pleasant. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the quality of the service. During the removal and filing of the old gel, the work felt very rough. Both my hands and feet were treated by two different technicians, and in both cases it seemed like they were not paying close attention while filing. The final result also did not meet my expectations. The gel color was not applied all the way to the edges near the cuticles, leaving a visible gap without color, which makes the nails look unfinished. Great friendliness, but the technical quality definitely needs improvement.

Worst experience. Decided to try this place since it was close to home and I regret every moment of it. Not only did they burn my eyes during the eyelash removal, they’ve also done a horrible job putting in the lash extensions. They’ve completely glued the lashes to my eyelids!!! Besides that, all the staff were so loud and chatting to one another while customers were there— that I could hear them through my active noise canceling earphones!!!! How are they allowed to operate with this type of training???!!

I’ve been to other branch of let’s relax beauty lounge, yet it’s my first time in this branch and the staffs are always accommodating and approachable. They never hesitate to answer all your questions. Service is good. Never regret availing the package session.

Availed for their Lifetime Diode Laser UA Hair Removal + Whitening service and I’m super happy about it. Didn’t get to take a pic during the session itself because their team were super quick to accommodate me. Ate who handled me was very informative and gave me advice on how to take care of my ua before and after sessions. Their place is very cozy and aesthetic too. Can’t wait for my next appointment🥰
