Happy Brows-Ayala Cebu

My brows were overprocessed and ended up curling afterward. When I raised the concern, it was denied instead of properly addressed, brush ra daw sige kay maokay ra. I also tried reaching out to customer service but never received any response or even a simple apology. Really disappointing experience overall.

Went for Eyebrow threading but the staff kept on asking me to do waxing instead. Got burns on both eyelids and low-key blamed me for having thin skin. Happy Brows? Not happy at all.

I want to give my 1 star to their staff named VIEVE, she just simply asked me "shape maam?" i clearly verbalized i just want it cleaned out the scattered ones to be removed but she made my brow super thin the right side and didn’t asked if i approve of it not until i felt and said i dont want it thin as much as i want it to look natural no need to draw, when she showed me it was too late she already removed a lot than was told to and didn’t even say sorry like it will grow that fast and i am now left with 1 side thinned brow and the other just nice. I left the place disappointed and not one sorry i hear from Vieve nor a "how was it" from the receiptionist. PLEASE DO ASK YOUR CUSTOMER WHAT KIND OF THREADING THEY WANT AT FIRST, NOT EVERYONE WANTS IT THIN LIKE HOW YOU GUYS WEAR IT SOME JUST WANTS TO WEAR THEIR NATURAL BROWS AND DONT NEED TO DRAW ON THEM. I want to raise awareness and express my disappointment regarding a recent brow waxing session that left me with a painful abrasion around my eye area. After the procedure, I experienced extreme discomfort, redness, and visible skin damage. I’ve been doing eyebrow waxing for the longest time and have never had any problems before. In fact, I’ve been a regular client at this establishment for multiple sessions. Unfortunately, this is the first time something like this has happened. The service caused more than just irritation. It resulted in a painful abrasion, which required me to seek medical attention. I now have a doctor’s report documenting the injury. This should never happen during a basic grooming service. I trusted the technician to handle my face with care, but instead, I’m now dealing with pain and the possibility of scarring. I’m sharing this to warn others to be extra cautious when availing of facial waxing services. I also sincerely hope the establishment takes accountability and improves their training and safety protocols to prevent this from happening again to other clients.

I love this place. It’s spacious, good ambiance and great service. They offer a lot of services and packages in where you can save more and their staffs are accommodating as well.

I had an excellent experience with the service a while back even though it was just basic brow threading. The staff member R, whose name I forgot, did a fantastic job. Her hands are lightweight.
