I availed 7 sessions of two diode laser treatments and it has been increasingly difficult to set appointment with them because they don’t reply both on e-mail and phone. Recently, they told me that they will be closed whole November for renovation only to learn this month that it didn’t happen. No announcements at all, just learned when I called to set an appointment for November. Consequently, I missed a month of my sessions. Today, supposed to have my 4th session and staff texted me if I’m available at an earlier time. Turned out, she made a mistake and there’s no way they can accommodate me earlier. I sat there and waited 45 minutes for her to come up with a plan but I did not receive any justifiable reason and no manager was available to talk to me. Now I have to waste my time drafting a letter so I can get a refund of my pending sessions. Take note they will close again on January 5 and will re-open on March. And they don’t have any plans of issuing an announcement. Very frustrated today. I moved a lot of errands and work tasks just to be free today and this is what happened. Very irresponsible of them.

The procedure went well and they are true to their promotions when you avail the Elite membership (it comes with a welcome gift). According to them, their formula were all natural/organic that is why it is a bit pricey. When you're an elite member, you've got to have a 10% off on the services and products, and since it is online, you can use it in any branch all over the Philippines. My first time to avail the membership but not a first timer at Skin Station 😊 Their branch in Bacolod is situated at the 3rd floor of SM City North wing. The clinic is a bit old and outdated but the equipment/procedure were okay. Guess they will undergo a branch refresh in the future.

I’m upset how the staff treats you, when you come for your free session because you avail there promotions..They don’t care anymore, coz the payment done, so next time don’t avail the promotions that next time you visit is free.

I’ve been to the SM Iloilo and BGC branches, and are always so warmly welcomed by their friendly staff even if it’s just my first time to visit. The staff (especially in reception) in SM Bacolod are so dry and unfriendly that they don’t even greet you a good afternoon or say thank you. I’ve visited 3 times so far and that’s the only thing that has been consistent. It’s unfortunate that there’s only 1 branch in Bacolod and that I really like the 4D quattrowave laser. I’d rather go to local aesthetic clinics if only it was available.

I went to SkinStation yesterday for my diode session, and honestly, I was a little hesitant at first because of some bad reviews I had read on other social media platforms. But I’m glad I still gave it a chance because my experience was actually really good. The staff were all nice and welcoming, and the aesthetician who did my diode session was super kind. She answered all of my questions patiently and made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. Everything went smoothly, and I left feeling happy with my experience. I’m already excited for my next session and can’t wait to try their facial services too!

Did a collawhite facial with diamond peel service with them. Service was good.
