Una Konsulta

I would give negative review if there is! Arrived 7AM and told that consultation starts at 9AM. Got back 8:40, nurses and staff are nice but damn, doctors aren't punctual. It seems like their time is the only thing that matters and not the patients. I was told to wait for the doctor -- it was 9:30, still no doctor. 9:40, I asked the nurse when would the doctor would arrive and was told, "dugay dugay ma'am ara nana sya". 9:50 still no doctor. Room 110 for Internal Medicine 11/24/24. Oras lang ka doctor ang importante pra mag pinagusto sila ya pahulat sa pasyente kng ano oras sila maabot? Walang kwenta! Nag abot man gni ontime ang sa OBGYN na room nga doctor ngaa nd makwa sng Internal Medicine nyo na doctor assigned sa room 110 maging on time? Ano klase serbisyo nga iya man lang oras ang importante. Nd na kamo di mag try kay mausik lang kamo tyempo. Wala nadi pulos.

We did test para sa anak ko, the pediatrician was ok, yung sa mga kumuha ng dugo talaga ako nainis, nung unang kuha napilit pa namon yung bata, walang reklamo , kung saan tapos na lahat ng test pati xray, tinawag kami dahil uulitin daw yung blood withdrawal dahil nagka bubble daw , so iyak na yung anak ko dahil ayaw nya , pero dahil gusto naming makompleto at ma secure na okay yung bata go kami at pinilit at Syempre todo force kami sa bata , pero yung head dun at mga nag aasist todo reklamo at judge sa bata na kesyo d masakit at ang oa mo naman , nagpupumiglas yung bata , sinabihan nung head na pag ako natamaan mo o masipa ah baka balikan kita , napaka unprofessional. Una sa lahat kasalanan nyo yan, young mag imarete yung bata dahil d sya komportable, kaysa ma assure sa bata na okay lang eh parang kayu pa yung reason bakit d ko portable yung pasyente.

Mga tangadal mana da ga assist duwa ko ka oras nag hulat ang pangalan gali wala pa na pasa sa doctor. Imagine thats 2 hours of my time!

Opinion ko lng, if pigado ndi ni para sinyu grabi sila mag treat kg mang risita sng bulong, gusto nila ang pinaka mahal gd. Pero same brand lng mn dyapon. Ka mga unprofessional ky pamangkoton ka anu gna batyag mo or anu problem ko sa health, ga duwa2 ko ky sa public area or sa waiting area pa ko na nila e pamangkoton.

📍Convenient since it's within the mall. Guards are polite 💺ambience is nice since the place is clean and air-conditioned. We went Friday and there are few-to-no patients at all. 💰 a little expensive Recommended to patients without budget

This experience was terrible! I arrived at 10:30 am and waited over 30 minutes just to be "assessed." The lady spoke to me as if I were beneath her, told me to wait when she was asking us kung sino pagd mapa consulta. She then called me and loudly announcing my weight and even telling me I don't have a fever after taking my temperature, even though I had taken paracetamol just an hour prior. Then, 15 minutes later, I was told I would have to wait until 1:30 pm for the consultation. Do not come here!

I arrived early 8:15 am. not too many patients yet. The doctor finished his check up 9:00am. Done paying the med-cert at 9:10am The girl on the front desk told me to wait for my medical certificate. I waited up until 10am and still no med-cert. there wasn't many patients and I was the first in line. If I didn't asked for it again, I don't know what time it'll be for me to get home. I found out that they forgot to get the findings of the doctor in his desk which is really annoying.. very poor coordination.👎
