I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the service my mother and I received during her 6:30 AM laboratory appointment today. The staff member ( Leah Lazano ) assisting us was unprofessional and disrespectful. When I politely asked her to repeat a question because her mask made it difficult to hear, she responded by raising her voice aggressively. This set a very negative tone for the visit. I believe all patients deserve to be treated with basic respect and courtesy, and unfortunately, that was not our experience today. I hope you will address this with your team to prevent this from happening to others.

you know when you make an appointment at 9 and doctor shows up at 10:30 just shows how disrespectful she is towards clients, if you cannot be on time then adjust your appointments based on your time arrival and don’t waste peoples time , just ridiculous . shame on you

We waited for almost 2hrs just for a health care insurance confirmation, It’s very disappointing for me knowing that there are perfect reviews on this platform, hoping next time pls respond to any queries in a timely manner thank you
