Nail Garden - Ayala Malls Feliz

Namurder yung paa namin ni jowa! 😫 Magbibilin sila na wag muna hugasan pero right after saying that they will spray water or kung ano mang liquid yon sa feet, wetting the MURDERED toes na nagcause ng pamamaga at pagnanana ng toes ko. Maganda yung place and mabait kung mabait yung staff but skills-wise baka not enough 😭 minamadali din ang foot spa and massage huhu.

Now I know the reason why they are the last choice in all nail salons in this mall. The ambiance and theme are nice, but the service isnt worth the rates compared to other nails salons Ive tried in the same mall. You pay a high rate for a service so not worth it. A thousand plus worth of foot spa, completed in under 30mins. She just scrubbed just for the sake of scrubbing my feet. I asked if toe polish is included and free in the package, she said yes, but I was wearing a closed-toe slip ons so she said better to not have a polish (isnt that a customer's call, not yours?). The job felt rushed, but noone's waiting! I felt robbed here and NOT coming back.

showed them a picture of simple nail art, they promised enthusiastically they could do it, right after the manicure they immediately messed up the french tip and was unable to execute the design. i complained to the manager and asked to at the very least not pay full price but they refused to budge. don’t come here for anything but a mani-pedi. the staff are overconfident and undertrained. very disappointed by how we were treated by the staff.

While the place itself was clean and had a great atmosphere with welcoming staff, the nail art was a huge disappointment and a waste of money. The 'cateye' design I paid extra for (+600) was poorly executed and didn't look like the style we agreed upon.

Let me be honest and transparent with this review, hoping it helps improve the business. The shop itself is very clean and has a beautiful, calming garden vibe—which we really appreciated. However, when it comes to the staff, it was a big NO for us. While Jhaz and Ellaine were cleaning our feet and nails, they were gossiping about their colleagues right in front of us. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional, especially when they were also whispering and making comments about customers as they entered and exited the shop. I also witnessed Patricia rushing a 10-minute foot massage for another customer when more people arrived. She even hurriedly set the timer and ended the massage early. After that, all three of them were laughing about it, which was disappointing to see. We availed the Tranquil Garden Oasis package, which cost around ₱1,160, but we were not satisfied. Our nails weren’t even properly cleaned or cut—it felt like the service was rushed and poorly done. I’m not writing this to ruin anyone’s job, but I hope this serves as constructive feedback. Professionalism is important during work hours. If staff want to chat or gossip, it should be done privately—not in front of customers. For the price, the service did not meet expectations. I truly hope the management addresses this and works on improving both the service quality and staff behaviors.

So easy to book online, amazing service, great staff, relaxing ambiance. Had an awesome experience at Nail Garden Feliz!!

Place was nice and very aesthetic. Staff were also very friendly. Though my mother availed the package of having mani+pedi+foot spa + foot massage, she was not quite satisfied with the massage. Pedicure and foot spa was okay, however her manicure was not that good, considering this service was also 1k+ php. There is still room for improvement and we would like to try other services next time
