Hindi maganda ang ginagamit na polish. Napaka ordinary. Hindi basta basta natutuyo.ang pangit.mas maganda pa ang service sa mga ordinary na salon. Ang mahal pa ng charge. Sayang lang ang pera.

Paid 2,000 for my gel nails both manicure and pedicure and they don’t clean it well. Dry skin still not cut from nails yet they already started putting the nail polish. I asked to clean it again but the manicurist kept refusing. They put alcohol so it won’t show but when it dries out, you can see the polish clinging to it. Not worth it. Don’t go here if you don’t want to waste your money.

Color selection was VERY limited and they don’t even have samples of cateyes but charge a lot for them. They just told me to choose the color from the gel selection and they will make it cateye. And when they completed the work, they didn’t even look like a cateye… they just looked like they applied glitter. I think the skill is missing and the owner should invest on more supplies and catalogs. To make this worse, the work didn’t last more than 1 week. I came from Canada and I decided to just wait till I’m back to get it redone.

Bad customer service. Staff won't even say a simple "sorry" for their mistakes. My toe is bleeding even after I went out of the place. Again, I didn't hear any "sorry" from them.

I just visited your shop yesterday and availed your foot spa and pedicure package, plus an additional manicure for me and my daughters. At first, everything seemed okay—but I’m extremely disappointed with the results. The nail polish application for the manicure was poorly done. It was applied too thick, didn’t dry properly, and got ruined in less than 24 hours—even while I was still at your shop. The finish looked messy and unprofessional, which is unacceptable for a paid service. This experience did not meet expectations, and I hope you take this seriously and improve your service quality
