I first booked with Brow Designery in October 2024, had my touch-up in December 2024, and just completed my annual touch-up in December 2025, and I couldn’t be happier. The service has been consistently amazing. Ms Shebby explains every step and decision so clearly that I never felt in the dark. Knowing exactly what was happening really eased me into the process and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The retention is also incredible. People genuinely don’t know I’ve had my brows done unless I tell them. The shape and colour suit my face perfectly, and I love the results so much. The studio is also always clean and professional. She only takes clients by appointment, so the experience never feels rushed. I love my brows and can honestly see myself returning every year. Highly recommend!

I'm really really happy and satisfied with service rendered by Brow Designery Studio. From booking to the clear directions in how to get to their clinic. They also reminded me days prior of the appointment so that I won't miss it. And then there was Ms. Shebby who was very detailed in explaining the process - from how she came up with the brow design to the expected outcome and aftercare. She was very systematic and clean about everything she did. She was also very much willing to entertain my questions about the aftercare since I had a very active lifestyle.
