I had a wonderful experience in Koi Salon. The entire staff is very professional, on point, and caring. I also appreciated the collaboration by giving their opinions on what would look like for me. This really made me feel comfortable. They also offered suggestions for aftercare and how to style my hair with my new hair color. I couldn’t ask for anything more. I came in with an expectation of how I want my hair to look like and I left overly satisfied because they delivered over and above my expectations.
