I appreciated that the receptionist informed the patient and moved the schedule, but I don’t appreciate the doctor being late and making me wait for an hour. The only thing the doctor had to say was that they were on the way. Yeah, thanks for keeping your customer waiting.

I was a customer when their branch was still called Ismael Dental Clinic and was located at Guiwan Zamboanga City Daisy Road. I keep returning because their customer service is consistently excellent. The dentist and her staff are friendly. I used to have low confidence, especially when dentists saw my teeth, especially in other clinics because they, too, judged me about my teeth, but when I tried to visit Smile Dental Clinic, their service was truly the best feeling ever because they'll always make you feel comfortable. And the best thing? Hinde sila judgmental. I had been looking for the best dentist in Zamboanga City but had no idea that I could only find one with equivalent of excellent service. Named Smile Dental Clinic that can be located at Camins Avenue, taas ng Chowking , 2nd floor of Zalos Hotel Boutique (for short, unahan ng KCC mga bess, taas lang ng Chowking). Ang galing ng dentist, sorry to say hindi kasi sya katulad ng ibang Dentista na namemera lang tas parang hindi galing sa heart maka advice ng dental processes. Pero yung Dentist dito, alam niya yung ginagawa niya and ang bait sobra. Yung Dentist dito matalino na, ang galing pa makipag communicate, may heart kumbaga kung makipag-usap. I'm honest about my review so I advised you to visit their Dental Clinic and enjoy their best of the best service.
