Lacey's Gluta Drip & Beauty Lounge

Bought an IV package and decided after first session I didn't want to continue. First location was too far out and second I was a bit uncomfortable with how nonchalant the 'nurse' was given it was my first time trying this treatment. This is a medical procedure with associated risks and they don't treat the process with care and safety. Anyway, I contacted Lacey's to ask for a refund. They said it's nonrefundable (although that was never disclosed at time of purchase). I reached out again and asked if I could use the balance on another cosmetic service. No response. Contacted them about 3 times on Msg and no response. I can see they are online but they are choosing to be shady.

I canceled my 10 sessions and just paid their one time session only... Why? I'm very disappointed with their staff. First, their front desk asked urgently for the payment even the procedure was not started yet. Secondly, their nurse, Ms Leticia Mantilla, also known as Letlet, is not a good example of an IV therapist. Imagine she ran the drip less than 5 minutes to other client, and I am very worried is she will continue this practice to others. I asked her if she's aware that the drip should be given 15 to 20 minutes (minimum), and she replied that the client requested for it. If you were aware of the guidelines regarding the infusion of IV drip, you should not let the client decide, if you are a legit licensed therapist, because it will cause headache and worst, hepatotoxicity. To the owner of this clinic, I'm calling your attention to become more humane to your clients.

Been a long time customer however for whatever reason, their nurse at the time we came this August 2021 was not accommodating. She was very rude. Not coming back again.

Disappointing!!! sometimes u wonder if they even really have a product put into their whitening solution since they dont prepare it in front of you.
