Hello everyone, I had been looking for a trustworthy clinic for a long time, and I came across Skinefique Aesthetic Clinic on Facebook. I decided to book a facial appointment, and I'm so glad I did. From the moment I arrived, the staff were very welcoming, accommodating, and attentive to all my concerns. I also had a consultation with Dr. Valera, who was very approachable, kind, and professional. She took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly, including the proper skincare routine and treatments suitable for my skin. The facial treatment was very relaxing, and I felt comfortable throughout the entire experience. The clinic is clean, well-maintained, and provides excellent customer service. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality skincare treatments and professional care. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience!

I like that Skinefique is a small clinic—so I don't expect mala-big clinic treatment—but Doc Mio and the team would always make sure consultations and treatments are very personal and intentional. Doc even gave me an antibiotic cream for my skin today FOR FREE after treating my milia 🥰 First timer friendly sila also ☺️

This was the worst clinic experience I've ever had. The clinic is conveniently located near my home, so I was curious to see what it was like inside. It always seemed very private because I had never noticed anyone entering. I decided to try their Facial & Diamond Peel to check it out. A day before, they required a downpayment to secure the spot, which seemed reasonable, and I scheduled my appointment for 10 am. However, the clinic didn't even open until 10:15 am, and I wasn't seen until 10:30 am. There was only one staff member who handled the reception, performed aesthetic procedures, and even cleaned the clinic. She was multitasking during my facial, which meant that while she was applying a mask, she was also doing her opening tasks like cleaning and prepping the clinic. To make matters worse, she had another appointment scheduled for 10:30 am, so she was essentially trying to juggle two facials at once while still getting herself ready. The whole experience was poorly managed and unprofessional. Even though the clinic is right across from my home, I will never go back.

First time to try Skinéfique. Brought my mom for botox and we love it!! Dr. Valera explained everything we needed to know. And the procedure was smoothly executed. My mom was pretty happy about the service. We will definitely be back for more treatments.
