Luminescence Face and Body Care

Nag-decide kaming magpinsan na itry ang Luminescense Salon for a haircut, pero naging bad experience siya. Sa una okay naman kasi very friendly yung nasa front desk. Pero pagdating sa hairstylist na bakla, nakasimangot agad siguro naistorbo namin sa panonood ng reels. Medyo basa pa yung buhok ko konti, tapos sabi niya in a sarcastic tone, "Sa susunod, patuyuin niyo muna buhok niyo bago magpagupit." Nung ako na yung ginupitan, padabog niyang kinabit yung sapin halos masakal ako sa sobrang higpit. Tapos habang binoblower niya ako, ramdam kong sinasadya niyang masaktan ako. Sobrang lakas at pabigla yung galaw ng kamay niya, kahit sa pagsuklay ay harsh natanggap nga yung hikaw ko sa pag suklay suklay nya. Nung ginugupitan na ako, sinabi ko clearly na i-maintain lang yung layers ko at wispy bangs. Pero ang ginawa niya, tinanggal lahat ng layers, straight cut ang ginawa. Sana matrain naman yung staff nila sa tamang customer service. Kung badtrip kayo sa buhay niyo, wag niyo dalhin sa trabaho niyo.

Ambilis matanggal ng gel polish. 2 days palang may tuklap na. Sa other salons, umaabot sakin ng 1 month intact pa 🙁

moved to tanza just a month ago so first time namin magvisit dito para magpa-haircut and manipedi for my mom. okay siya at first literally pagpasok namin, maganda welcome, pero nung nagsabi yung staff na magpapagupit ako, pinarinig pa talaga saken na madami pa siyang clients. could have told me straight to my face, andun lang ako. yung nag wash ng hair ko and nag hairspa was very nice, siya lang binigyan ko ng tip but of course, yung naghaircut saken, minadali. like, yung right side lang ng hair ko yung ginupitan and then he's done na. kaya nga ko andun kasi hindi pantay yung hair ko tas ganun din ako iniwan, excited na ata umuwi lol. my mom was supposed to have her manipedi but just as i was in the middle of my hairspa, nagchat si mama ko na hindi na daw siya tinawag, di man lang sinabihan na di na siya ma-accommodate since madami pa silang ongoing client. i hope you train your staff na kumausap ng clients kung di na nila kaya or ayaw talaga nila mag accept ng clients, at least come up with an excuse. andaming staff dun, puro nakatambay lang. will never go back btw. sa ibang branch na lang siguro.

The staff were accommodating and quick to answer questions. The hairstylist was kind and listened to my feedback, and also offered some alternatives to the cut during the process. Satisfied with my hair cut 🙂

My experience at Luminescence was amazing compared to other spa nearby. I already tried different spa here in the Philippines and also abroad but this is one of the best. From the moment I arrived, the reception were very welcoming, explained all the services that they offer. the atmosphere was incredibly calming. My plan is to have a massage to relax but I ended up doing almost all of the services to pamper myself which is very worthy of my time. I had the signature massage, and the therapist, Ms Joyjoy was skilled and attentive, expertly working out tension in my back and shoulders. The use of warm towels and the soft, relaxing music was great. I also loved the thoughtful details like the hot tea and asking me if I need anything else. And hey! They are always smiling and felt I am very welcome, all of them are very polite and sweet. I also had my facial and it was the best!! Ms April knows what to do and what I need to treat in my skin condition. All the staff are very accommodating and very friendly. And I was surprised in paying my bill, i got great discounts and that is so generous! so I purchased in advance to avail their other promos which is 50% off. That is definitely a steal! I got a lot for me and for my friends and family as a gift. Great idea for gift, they also gave me vouchers. Overall my review is 100% 5 stars. I will definitely recommend this to my colleagues and can't wait to book my next visit☺️
