I made an appointment for a specified time and date. I gave my details personally to the front desk. I was promised the time is available on the said date. I called for a follow up a day before the appointment date. I was told the preferred time is not available and was asked if I am available on the afternoon. I said no. There is a reason people book for an appointment.

100% recommendable. I think Joanna do my pasta. They replied to my inquiry immediately even they are not yet open. And also the price is way cheaper that my prev clinic I consulted but the quality is much more. Give joanna a raise ❤️❤️❤️

The staff were kind and accommodating, so I have no complaints about how I was treated. However, I am very disappointed with the quality of the service. I spent 36k hoping to get good teeth, but I ended up with three different shades of tooth color, and the pasta (filling) they did on one of my teeth fell off even though I was not biting anything hard. I also received a poorly made PFM crown where the metal shows above my gum, and the two teeth are not straight and look slightly slanted. I even asked beforehand if the metal would be visible, and the dentist said it wouldn’t. Now I don’t know how to smile without people noticing it. I chose this clinic coz it’s within walking distance from my place, but I went home disappointed. It taught me to look for a better clinic, and I plan to have this removed once I save money again. Thank you for the service.
