Flawless Face and Body Clinic - SM Megamall

THIS CLINIC RUINED MY FACE. "DOCTORS" are hard sellers, they dont care, all of them. They wont assess your condition properly, they just want you to spend and buy their EXPENSIVE products. AGAIN, THIS CLINIC, THEIR DOCTORS RUINED MY FACE AND THEY WANT TO SETTLE FOR AN AMOUNT OF 5k, ridiculous. Kaya pala walang laman yung clinic nila, wlaang kwenta services dito. Ang daming mas ok na skin clinic kahit hindi sikat na sobrang mas maayos kaysa dito sa mga hard-sellers na to.

My skin felt incredibly smooth and hydrated afterward. I noticed a reduction in redness and my pores appeared smaller. The massage was a highlight, very relaxing. Ms. Melai also provided excellent recommendation for my at home skin care routine. I highly recommend Flawless Megamall branch for anyone looking for a top-level facial experience.

We walked into the Flawless branch in Megamall to ask if they accept walk-ins for facial services. The receptionist asked what service we were looking for, so I inquired about their list of services and also asked if they accept gift cards, since a friend recently gave me a ₱2,000 GC. Turns out the gift card was expired — I honestly didn’t notice because it had just been given to me. Instead of simply informing us about the expiration, the receptionist repeatedly asked (three times!) where I got the gift card and even the name of the person who gave it to me. It felt more like an interrogation than a routine inquiry. Despite that, I still asked for the list of services they offer and was ready to pay out of pocket. But the receptionist told me the list is on their website. Seriously? No brochures or printed info at the clinic? I have to look it up myself while I’m already at your front desk? In the end, we just left because we didn’t feel welcome. The whole interaction felt cold and borderline discriminatory. Definitely not the kind of customer service you’d expect from a brand like Flawless.

I'm a long time client for laser hair removal. Great service. Staff and doctor are very accommodating and courteous. They are also thorough in procedures. I personally prefer this Megamall branch. I've tried other branches but service is not at par. Keep it up

I had my first facial experience here 3 weeks ago. The doctor doesn't even answer my question about what happened to my face (acne breakout). She just wrote it down on the paper and told me to purchase their Acnelan products without further explanation. This is my first time having this experience and after the facial treatment, they made me wait for quite some time lying on the bed because the doctor is busy. It's as if everyone's so busy even if there are just a few of us customers being treated. No one even explained the treatments and the aftercare unless I asked for them. I haven't gone back since then and am still contemplating whether I should.

Everytime I visit Flawless Megamall for my weekly facial treatment, everyone is accomodating. And Melai is always attentive and recommends treatments that is right for me. Very professional and also their MD. I am always a satisfied client everytime I visit the clinic.

Very unprofessional. Wasted our time and money going to this branch. We called for reservation for 1PM appointment and they comfirmed the slot. When we arrived, we were told the doctor is available at 2PM.
