City Best Dental Clinic (Shaw Center Mall)

Be careful at this clinic. Nag pa cleaning ako dito nung january dahil malapit lang sa office namin at nagulat ako nag offer sila ng pasta (tooth filling) so sa isip ko since dentist sila sila may alam at covered pa ng hmo sige pumayag ako (despite sa fact na wala ako ibang dentist na na recommend yan) napansin ko rin na ung sa other side of jaw ko hindi na nilinis hinayaan ko nag tiwala ako. After 6 months triny ko ulit mag pa cleaning and then again nag offer ulit ipasta kabilang side naman and take note ibang dentist na to. This is the moment na na shock ako nag pa singil sila ng 500 super dumi daw (6 months after cleaning un naman recommend lagi ng dentist and may hmo pa ako) tas nag pa singil pa at inasar pa ako na marami daw ako kinain. So be careful at this clinic lahat ata ng ngipin nyu papastahan kahit hindi pa sira para pag nabulok sila lang mag aayus. Humihilab ngayun ung ngipin ko na pinastahan nila na wala naman ako problem nuon. And take note hindi sila nag papasama sa loob kahit may sofa sila need mag bayad ng 100. Sasabihan ka pa na mag ikot ikot muna sa labas hindj man lang nag bigay ng upuan sa labas kung di pede sa loob. Hopefully mabasa nyu to iwasan nyu to or else ma papastahan lahat ng ngipin nyu kahit hindi namna need.

My recent visit was an excellent experience. Doctora and her staff were exceptionally accommodating and genuinely kind, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere throughout my appointment. Their professionalism and thoughtful care made the entire process smooth and reassuring. I also appreciate the convenience of being able to use my Maxicare card without any difficulty. Highly recommended.

Have had services done in both their clinics and I always go home satisfied! No difference in treatment whether I use my healthcard (Maxicare) or I pay out of pocket. The staffs/doctors have been accommodating and very informative with the services they offer. Services agreed upon and done are properly itemized in the receipt. In my case, I use my healthcard for my regular dental cleaning and pay out of pocket for my TMJ treatment (not within my card's coverage). Less than a year in my treatment, and the improvement has been notable already! I get my money's worth here. Big thanks to everyone who has made this possible, especially to Dra. Gallo! PS: Please note that they charge 100PHP for the disinfection fee and PPE to be used inside the clinic. They strictly implement safety protocols to avoid contagion. Prevention is always better than cure.

They are charging the patients 1,500-2,000 per surface of filling and that's okay. What's not okay is the job was not done well. The dentist was incompetent and the filling wore off after 2 weeks. Do not go to City Best Dental at Shaw center mall. They keep on charging and charging their patients for incompetency and for work not worth paying for!!!

ansungit ng dentist. not very friendly and sobrang disappointed ako sa gawa sa teeth ko. maxicare card holders i can’t recommend this clinic since they’ll just ripp you out if you’re not smart enought. trust em.
