Dentacare SM South Mall

First time in this clinic. Convenient sana kasi nasa mall na ako, however bad experience kasi first time ko din naging DA-Dental Assistant. Pinahawak ako ni dra. ng suction 3x kasi yung DA need mag pabalik balik dahil understaff. Isa lang yung dentist at that time. May nakababad na patient sa kabilang room. So pati si dra. iniwan din ako saglit lang daw. After 10 mins bumalik na sa akin si dra. Muntik na ako makaidlip. 2 stars kasi mabait naman yung dalawang staff. Low review in this dental clinic since ako pa mag hawak ng suction. Hindi man lang nagsabi na "paki hawakan" . Basta sabi "hold". Nangalay ako mag hawak. Hindi na ako babalik.

The dental services here are quite overpriced. They claim to be HMO accredited, but when I attempted to use my coverage for free services, I ended up waiting several weeks despite being in pain, only to have my request denied. When I asked for an explanation, I received vague answers and they shifted the blame to the marketing team, which made no sense. On top of that, there are hidden fees that aren’t clearly disclosed upfront. These fees only come up after you’ve already committed to a procedure, leaving you no option to back out. Overall, it feels like their priority is making money rather than providing proper patient care.

Inconsiderate of clients time. I arrived at the clinic 30 mins before my appointment they then informed me that my appointment was cancelled. I even gave them my viber # yesterday to make sure I got any notification from them since the receptionist said sometimes they can’t call. They said they can maybe reschedule 5hrs after my original appointment if the other client canceled. I expected that they would inform me an hour or two before my appointment time at least so I didn’t have to come all the way to their clinic on a weekday but when I arrived they acted like they were shocked to see me.

The Experience was great. Especially Dr.Michael Roa, Dr.Abiel Catalan and Her Dental Assistant. They are so reassuring. I've been on complex Surgery with them, and they keep calming me down and during the operation. Complete Equipments with Digital Panoramic X-ray. (i love that) Worth the Money. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. IDENTACARE MO NA YAN..💜💜💜💜
