I had a mixed experience at this dental clinic. My partner had a 2:00 PM appointment but was only attended to around 5:00 PM, resulting in a three-hour wait. Unfortunately, the waiting area was also quite hot during the afternoon, which made the long wait uncomfortable. Even a fan would have helped improve the situation. On a positive note, the doctor was very kind, knowledgeable, and clearly skilled. Once the appointment began, the quality of care was good and reassuring. I hope the clinic can improve appointment scheduling and waiting area comfort, as the dental care itself was excellent.
