WE WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC. 👎👎 Ka mga UNPROFESSIONAL SNG MGA STAFF ESP. THE ASSISTANT OF DR. ESCALONA WHO CATER US TODAY. Wala attitude and wala proper conduct ang mga staff. esp. the asst. na utod daw ni Dr. Chua. We pay for CASH. 1,300 ang tooth extraction per tooth. 2,600 tanan gn pay namun wife ko kay 2 ka unto. Ang gnpagabutan namun ang 6 yrs.old son namun dra sa Dental Clinic in front of BDO. Maldita ang mga staff esp. ang ASSISTANT ni Dr. Escalona. She keeps on shouting sa bata namun and syempre gapalak amun bata while gna gabutan kay 1st time nya palang. hmbal pa sng assistant sa Bata namun , "CGEHA PALAL KAY SI MAMA MO PA MOP'ON KO KARUN" then hmbalan nya pa kmi nga "EDUCATE NYO INYO BATA". Miss, ang mhmbal ko lang, PLEASE EDUCATE YOURSELF FIRST ON HOW TO HANDLE KIDS PATIENT AND EDUCATE YOURSELF ALSO WITH GOOD MANNERS. It was our hard earned money, and as a parents we are willing to pay bsan ano pa ka mahal bsta okay lang tani ang service sa amun bata. We find private dental clinics coz we believe nga nami ila service, but we were mistaken. mas LALA pagd ila serbisyo. I can really say, this is the WORST CLINIC EVER. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE 👎👎

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this clinic that left me feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. I visited solely to utilize my insurance, but what I encountered was far from professional. The dental assistant was openly rude, complaining about my inability to open my mouth wide enough and expressing irritation that my tongue was in the way. Despite my efforts to cooperate, I struggled due to my small jaw and fatigue. Instead of understanding, he told me to "just relax," which felt impossible given the pain I was in. His comments were not only unprofessional but also shaming. He made derogatory remarks about my teeth, visibly showing his disgust as he criticized the condition of my dental health. Isn’t this what he is trained to handle? It’s alarming that someone in this role would treat a patient this way. While the dentist was kind, she should have intervened to stop the assistant's disrespectful behavior. The owner of the clinic needs to ensure their staff embodies professionalism and compassion. Even though I was using insurance for my visit, I still deserve to be treated with respect as a paying customer. It should be a basic expectation in this industry to possess customer service skills, yet my experience was anything but that.

First and foremost, I would want to express my gratitude to the staff at the dental office of DR. MARIE FRANCOIS ABRIA CHUA, especially DR. Carl, who was extremely hands-on in caring for my teeth, and Mr. Jeremey "Inggoy" Roxas, who was an excellent assistant. Thank you, sir. Last but not least, a big shout out to the girl who suggested this dental clinic because, had she not mentioned it, I would have assumed that such a wonderful location didn't exist. I appreciate Mary Joy Bandies' for the expertise and the wealth of information.
