Poor customer service from scheduling down to reception. It was never disclosed that the comprehensive eye screening is not available for minors. During booking, all necessary information—including the patient’s age—was clearly provided. Despite this, their marketing team proceeded to confirm our appointment via SMS. We were not even given the option to choose a convenient time slot; instead, we were initially assigned a schedule that suited them, forcing us to reschedule. They claim to offer "world-class" facilities and services, yet they have already fallen short at the most basic level—booking and reception. Given the ongoing rise in fuel prices and cost of living, it would be appreciated if businesses paid closer attention to details and showed more consideration for their clients’ time and resources. To the receptionist who seemed to be smiling at the situation—was it amusing to send us home due to your own inefficiency? To make matters worse, we were asked to provide our details again for "investigation." At our own expense? Shouldn’t this information already be accessible, considering everything had been arranged beforehand? You had the opportunity to address the issue on the spot, yet chose to send us home instead. Truly disappointing.
