I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience stood out. My hair was washed and cut while wet, then blow-dried with no final dry cutting. Finishing matters because hair behaves differently once dry. I’ve never had a haircut done this way before. I would have understood if it were just cut dry and finished that way, but it was cut while wet and left as is. The result didn’t turn out well, and the cut felt messy and unbalanced. For ₱450 for a cut only, this is higher than many regular salons, and I’ve had better results elsewhere at a lower price. I had already heard about negative experiences before, and I regret not trusting those warnings. I got this cut weeks ago, and I’m still dissatisfied with how it turned out.

They are charging you with an arm and a leg. With this hair length, they charged me 6k-8k. All I did was full hair color and keratin , they trimmed my hair first before the treatment. My hair also is very thin . I can not believed it. It is way to expensive . So not worth it. I will never go to this salon ever . The only advantage is it is inside a mall . That’s the only pro. This in the picture is already fhe outcome. Nothing extraordinary, i suggested a different color , I was told they don’t have that color .

I am very disappointed with their customer service & "HAIR TREATMENT". I went there to get my hair trimmed. But the hair stylist noticed that I have dry hair. Then, he suggested to get a hair treatment for 1,600 pesos. At that time I said okay, since I know he's an hair expert. After two days, I rinsed my hair, but did not notice any difference at all. My hair had fly away hairs which was disturbing. Now, I tie my hair up because it's a bad hair cut. I even paid 350 pesos for this. Plus, the hair assistant was freakin Marites. They gossiped about their co-workers life & debts details (unethical). I felt annoyed every time she turns off the blow dryer coz she cannot hear what the front-desk was saying. THIS WAS MY FIRST & LAST HAIR EXPERIENCE AG BENCHFIX KCC. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS SALON AGAIN. 🤧😭
