It was our first time availing of their service, and these are some points of improvement and positives that I noted: -1 The overall experience would be better if they practiced some salon etiquette specifically keeping conversations soft, light, and positive. The nail salon is intended for relaxation so they should practice lowering their voices. Most of the staff loudly talked to each other and some were gossiping about neighboring establishments. It was hard to relax during the essential spa sessions. -1 The place looks good but it could improve its ambiance by improving its playlist to a relaxing set and using room fragrances to mask the chemical smell coming from the acetone, nail polish, etc. +1 We arrived 30 minutes early and the receptionist accommodated us. It could be that we were the only customers but still… +1 The aestheticians know what they’re doing. They often ask for the client’s preference before doing anything. +1 Reasonable prices for the services, and accept cashless payments such as GCash transfer We’ll try the other branches soon to review!

My go-to place for my nails. The salon's ambiance was relaxing and inviting, with a clean and modern aesthetic. The staff was friendly, attentive, and skilled, ensuring that my manicure and pedicure were done to perfection. They used high-quality products and maintained excellent hygiene standards. The wide range of nail polish colors and designs available was impressive, and the technicians were very accommodating to my preferences.
