Kinda understaffed, only had 2 girls working when i visited and 2 other girls wanted service bale tatlo kami. I got simple gel nails and the lady was kind when talked to. Maganda yung loob ng place. For the service itself medyo feeling overbuffed and overcured nails ko pero nagustohan ko naman and wala akong sinabi sa lady cuz i feel its better for the long run cuz paminsan minsan lang naman ako magnails. At the end pretty solid place, u get what you pay for though i suggest getting more simple services heree

Ok naman yung eyelash extensionsng kaso madumi yng shop. Halatang hndi naglilinis at madumi CR.

I availed package 5 for 999, gel mani, gel pedi, foot spa, under arm wax. Gel mani 4/5, gel pedi 3/5 -a little pain in the cleaning process, and it still hurts a little when at home, foot spa 1/5 very quick, you can see in the image how it was, underarm wax 5/5. Staff are kind and accommodating. But the work quality is something that I will not go to this place again because it failed to impress me. Specifically the footspa, it's disappointing for me. I suggest to improve the work quality, more care to the actual work less chit chatting maybe? It's okay to chit chat if the work quality is still high. Overall it's okay for the price package. If you are looking for affordable, budget friendly with those services mentioned it's okay.

I don’t mind being charged extra for ingrown nail removal, even if it’s minimal, but the quality of the work was very disappointing. The service felt sloppy and rushed. The manicurist even had long nail extensions, which made me question how properly and hygienically the cleaning could be done. They also didn’t bother checking if the work was clean and seamless before finishing. What concerned me the most was that my sister was injured during her pedicure, and she is diabetic, so extra care should have been taken. It’s disappointing because when they first opened, the service was really good. But after several visits during our family events, the quality has noticeably declined. Sadly, we won’t be coming back.

Very professional, and accommodating. I didn’t wait that long for my turn. I liked how Ms Chin did my nails, she is very efficicent. Ms Rose did my lash lift and I really liked it! This will be my go-to nail & lashes salon.

My mom had a pedicure at this nail and lash salon, and she said she had a wonderful experience with the staff. The shop had a great ambiance, with cold air and a chic vibe. The staff was accommodating and courteous, and the location is very accessible. Mom mentioned, "The staff is very knowledgeable and has a light touch." She also found the prices surprisingly affordable, which was a nice surprise! Overall, she gave it high praise.

Got a "lash lift" but lashes are just kinky curly. Probably, the rod used was too short and it was overprocessed. From the base of my lashes until the middle, it's straight and vertical (this part is normal, untreated) but it's KINKY CURLY near the ends. The curls are in left and right directions, not up. They look weird. The lash lift is supposed to "lift", not just curl. Good thing eye lashes grow out.
