I recently got a pedicure here. My nail tech confirmed with me TWO (2) TIMES if I wanted my nails to be square (as it is the shape of my toenails before the service). I left her to do her work, trusting that she would get my nails right. It wasn't until after I left that I realized my nails are nowhere near square!! Now 3 weeks later, I can feel an ingrown on my big toe forming. Never going back to that branch ever again.
Receptionist was nice and very accommodating so that was a good start for the overall experience. The nail techs assigned to me were both deaf and they both had flash cards so I can point to my choices of nail shape and service. Both nail techs did an amazing job. I posted a photo of my nails one week after the service was done because I forgot to take a photo of it immediately. After a week, my nails are still very nice-looking and haven’t been chipped off. Only regular polish was used, this is not gel polish. I also had foot spa and massage which were both good and relaxing. Overall, I had a restful night and I felt very pampered. Will definitely go back again! 🙂
I decided to get my nails done for my brothers wedding. I showed Angelique a photo of what I wanted plus the colour of my dress that I was going to be wearing. She did an amazing job to say the least! It definitely wasn't the easiest design, but I am truly happy with how it turned out.
Nail tech hurt and cut my girlfriend MULTIPLE times in one service. Was even done after being told to be careful when it was noticed the tech was too rough. This place is a hazard.
Highly recommended if you want to relax after a long day of shopping. The staff were prompt and accommodating.
these so called nail tech ruined my sister’s nails she specifically asked for a fill in and they ruined her nails instead of just changing the color, hindi sila nail tech
