Firstly, the nails turned out fine. I gave a low score because of the lack of hygiene and staff attitude in the store. Firstly, there was one staff member coughing and was wearing mask, but would periodically remove it to text and make kwento to other employees who were working. Never washed her hands and began working on a customer. Ew. I have attached photo of this sick staff member who removed her mask. She is the one sa right. Then they would not stop talking, my own nail tech started a noisy video call with her family. This caused her to be distracted leading to her poking my finger and drawing blood. I pointed it out to no response or apology. The water they also used in my foot bath was cold and staff had the nerve to ask me if it was hot enough?? Could she not feel the temperature herself? After asking her to add hot water she managed to make it lukewarm. This was for services rendered December 2024 maybe their quality has dropped since these reviews.
Gladys did an amazing job on my gel extension nails! My pedicure was very relaxing as well. The staff is very nice and the facility is clean and relaxing.
Not a very satisfactory service. Attendant even injured my toe 😒
