Hindi marunong nga technician nila. Mas ok pa kung ako nalang nag mani pedi sa sarili ko. As in parang walang training. And they charge 900 for this.They did this to my nails the day before my wedding. Grabeng regrets ko

Maganda yung ambience and ang cute ng theme na Garden, they used a sprinkler to wash my feet after footspa. The store was easy to find and accommodating naman ang nail tech. Medyo may waiting time lang pag busy hours, but overall experience was good.

Dont get the package with massage parang hinaplos lang yung legs mo. Not going back

highly recommend this place sa mga girls na need mag papampered. Excellent quality ung work nila and the ambiance of the store lakas maka shala. Mabait din ung mga staff 🤗🤗

Great experience! The ambience is beautiful and very clearly garden-themed. Quiet and peaceful thanks to little foot traffic and professional staff. Good value for money. The foot spa was meh, but the gel nails were well done. Ask for Clarissa!

Availed their pedicure with foot spa and foot massage for 1k and got uneven toenails + a mediocre foot scrub and massage instead. Also availed of their eyebrow threading. Lai didn’t even wash her hands before touching my face. The whole experience was uncomfortable.

When we arrived, I asked if I can be accommodated without a reservation since I missed my appointment. The receptionist said yes, but I have to wait until 1:30PM since all techs were currently servicing other guests which is totally understandable. I also asked if we can wait inside since it the mall was quite jam-packed and the receptionist politely said yes. We confirmed my booking around 12nn. Past 1PM the tech who was supposed to assist me checked my nail art req and asked to be excused to use the restroom, which was totally fine. We waited for maybe 10-15mins and when they arrived we overheard them talking to a client, non verbatim: Staff: ay ma'am kala namin di ka na dadating kasi tumatawag ako sayo di ka sumasagot. Dalawang beses ako tumawag e. Akala ko cancel ka na. Few minutes later, the tech approached me asking if she can push my schedule to accommodate the "akala nila canceled na" client. Imagine waitinf for more than one hour with your 6yo child who's also waiting for their service only to be asked if they pish you back to a regular client who failed to confirm her visit? Is this how you treat new customers? You only value regular clients? We just canceled our booking kasi di naman maganda sa feeling yung turn mo na dapat pero ipupush back ka lang kasi regular client nila yung dumating. NEVER AGAIN TO SM CITY STO. TOMAS BRANCH!!
