Poor quality and not durable kahit yung gel polish

First of all we were told that they cannot accommodate us anymore because they are fully booked but I saw just one costumer having her foot massage and Even told them that they can accommodate one of us first and the other will just wait. It was 6:07 and sabi nila may 6:15 daw sila na appointment and I told them sige pag di nag punta ilang mins ang waiting niyo para kami nalang ang gagawan nila kasi malakas yung ulan nung time na yun we waited then 6:30 na napilitan sila gawin kami, as in minadali nila ang gawa and hindi maayos, Take note may dumating pa na isang costumer na gusto lang din mag palinis pero same excuse ginawa nila, right after nila kami linisan naka pang alis na sila ng damit and isa isa lumalabas ng Nail salon 🙄🤔🤔

Had a pedi and mani .. 2 days after I'm in a lot of pain and now I'm headed to the ER due to infection. You can see the puss coming out of the side. The lady dug too deep.. even the lady doing my hands was saying "why are you going so deep?". Not sure if she was new or maybe she didn't like me who knows. UPDATE: After going they found a piece of nail half cut digging into the side of my skin causing an infection. Told you she probably left it to be mean or something. (Uploaded pic of piece logged into my skin) Zero stars!

I Do Nails has the perfect ambiance and set up for a pamper day. Their talented therapists are exceptionally trained to produce beautiful results. I had my nails done in the Eastwood branch. As soon as I entered the well kept studio, I was accommodated (while one of my favorite movies was playing on their tv!) and immediately serviced with no wait time. My nail technicians understood the assignment and were very detailed in the cleaning and designing of my now fresh nails. All the materials and practices were hygienic and of high standard. I walked out of the studio feeling so good and taken care of. I definitely recommend this to everyone who wants to treat themselves with self care Til the next one, I Do Nails! Excited to be back!

Unprofessional and dirty. The workers nipped me, my sister and my mom when giving us gel manicures. They paint over your skin and don't know how to shape your nails. I had to ask the tech for the filer so I can shape them better. They are lazy when it comes to finding the color you want. It's hot inside their shop and there was a small cockroach roaming around freely. Don't go here!

Living in Eastwood and i do my nails here mostly every month ❤️ the price is good and their nail technician is so nice❤️

Great nail salon tucked away in the corner of Eastwood mall. Many color selections and prices are reasonable!
