Hindi sila marunong mag groom.., I think there groomers is beginner, hindi marunong humawak ng pet, and the sadly part puro reklamo na malikot daw furbabies ko, which is normal, hindi tinapos linisan mukha ng furbabies ko... Tapos ang mahal, not worth it.. 500 pesos for my kambang na groom sa furbabies ko.?, I can pay more but the 500 pesos is not worth it on your shop... Hindi na ulit babalik.. and magsara na kayo... 👎

I’ve been to Bark N’ Go and I had a really positive experience. The place was clean and well-organized, and the staff were friendly and genuinely caring toward my pet. They handled my fur baby with patience and attention, making sure everything was done properly and comfortably. I was very happy with the grooming result — my pet looked fresh, neat, and well taken care of. ‎Worst place to get your furbabies to be groomed. ‎Smells awful inside the receiving area and it's so messy inside. Furs and dust everywhere. They won't close the grooming area even if their groomer is drying the pets using blaster so the noise is at maximum and the furs are flying everywhere. ‎Most of the products are covered in dust. I don't care about the aesthetic look of my furbaby, but come on, when I checked my pet at home, the ears were not clean, only full of powder, didn't know what powder was that. I also noticed that the debris around the eyes and snout where still there. Maybe because they only have one groomer that there are a lot of pets in queue. My main problem really is the smell which I can compare to a stocked water in a canal as well as the dusty and messy place. How can you call your place a premium pet grooming when you lack the basic and most important thing, Cleaning. Grooming=cleaning. You clean our pets but you can't clean your place. ‎

Be careful when you want to have your dog groomed in here. The groomer was a bit harsh- my dog got razor cuts on his butt and on his genital area. Vet bill and medicine were almost 2k🥲. We raised the concern to the owner (which is maayos Naman kausap) but he never got back to us.
