I went here yesterday to get a foot spa. I was very disappointed with the foot spa. The water got cold way too fast. I felt like I was being rushed and I wasn't able to relax. The staff were working too fast to the point that the person doing my pedicure nicked too much skin beyond the cuticle area. It was quite painful, and she had that gall to tell me that it's my fault for having skin at the cuticle area that are too close together. Seriously? That's my fault? If you're a skilled nail tech, you'd be able to get at that without hurting your client. To top it off, when I checked my feet when I got home I found that she didn't even pumice my feet properly. I still had peeling skin at the bottom of my feet. Totally not worth the Php 700 I paid for. You're better off getting a foot spa somewhere else. The staff need to undergo training for their nail skills and customer service. The only thing I liked was the massage chair I was sitting on, that's what the 1 star is for. It was a good massage chair, it really worked my back nicely.

Rude staff. Period! My friend and I went there at 5pm today, Jan 30,2020 and asked for a foot spa, manicure and pedicure for the two of us. We were told that the next available service will be at 6:30pm. We were asked to sign in our names with our contact details. I told them if they have an earlier available service they can just txt me since we will just be around Greenbelt for the next 1 and half hours or until they call us. I didn't receive any txt or call so i just decided to go there at around 6:45-6:50pm.There is only one customer so I thought they are waiting for us. But to my surprise nobody’s attending to us, i dont know if they intentionally want us to leave or they all dont want to work! But before i left a staff told me if u want sir we can do the manicure and pedicure without the footspa, and that is the last straw! How dare them tell us what they only want to do and not the one that we want them to do for us. We are paying customers. Btw if u have CCTV. Inside, you can verify all that is written here. Start at 5pm so it will be easy. And also i just had my service last week in your place when I arrived from the US Jan 18, 2020. As u can see I’ve been a regular customer in your place, sad to say i wont be coming back anymore. Look at your log in, i put my number in there, under Ramon and Jonathan. The lady with an eyeglasses in the reception is an A-hole!

Walked in and asked for pedicure. It was very well done. The only negative point was that the water was a bit chilly. Loved the massage chair!

It is recommended for you to set an appointment as Saturdays are usually full. There are massage chairs and you can have a back massage while having your nails done.
