⭐ 1/5 — Very disappointing experience I honestly expected a relaxing time at this nail salon, but it was the complete opposite. The staff named Jamie has the worst attitude I’ve ever encountered in a service business. From the moment we arrived, she spoke to us very disrespectfully. When she asked us to sit, she literally said "umupo kayo dyan" — no courtesy, no smile, no professionalism. It got even worse when we were asking about the prices and services. Instead of assisting us properly, she responded with pure attitude, looking annoyed and acting like we were bothering her with simple questions. For a salon that’s supposed to make customers feel welcome and comfortable, this was such a disappointing experience. I hope the management seriously looks into improving their customer service — especially with staff like Jamie.

Come here only if you absolutely need a place that’s open late at night. Otherwise, there are other options in Manila where you will likely have a much better experience. The staff are nice, and welcoming, but that is not the main issue. The problem is the non-disclosed charges added at the end. I requested a full pedicure, but the manicure was taking too long because the technician was distracted with other things. Before the second technician started the pedicure, I decided to switch to a nail polish change only. I assumed the price would reflect this. Instead, they charged the full pedicure price (which well, ok but strange) but worse … they also added a "luxury" polish fee that was not discussed. When I asked they said it was because the polish was imported (we never discussed this). There is also a 4% charge if you use a card to pay. The prices can still be convenient, so this place can work as long as you agree on the exact prices before they begin. The place is not well taken care of and it looked quite dirty. Overall I don’t recommend, the only good thing was that the staff were nice … before they added non-disclosed charges at the end. Staff attitude: 5/5 Transparency: 1/5 Condition of the place: 2/5

Got my nails and feet done with gel polish and they lasted soo well and gave me the exact thing I wanted!! Highly recommend this place ❤️❤️❤️ thank you 🇮🇪

Got an infection in both feet after a pedicure, cost me 4,500 peso for medical treatment to combat the horrific infection.

Thankful that this salon is open late. Just got my nails done there after work. Good manicurist, very meticulous. There could be a wait time because it’s a small salon so try to book an appointment at their Facebook page or drop by before you need service.

Had a gel manicure done, left with my left hand still uncured and coming off the next day, and my right hand being redone twice with thinner nails than I came in with without gel polish. Staff were nice tho

Just opened new nail salon! Went to get my gel nails done for the first time and was very satisfied with the results. - 60 different gel colors to choose from - supposed to last 4 weeks, and although I did go swimming in the sea a lot (like everyday) the first 2 weeks, so just a few nails held up after four weeks - mam pos working there are very nice and give honest advice (another girl’s nails were damaged and the other mam told the customer that it wouldn’t be good for her nails to do another gel treatment, and that it would be better to let them rest for a few) - they work pretty clean too (I think) - clean interior - other services include: lashes and waxing
