I had a great experience at Dear Alice Nail Lounge. The salon is clean, stylish, and has a very relaxing atmosphere that makes the visit enjoyable from start to finish. The staff were friendly and professional, and they made sure I was comfortable during the entire service. I really appreciated the attention to detail when they were working on my nails, and the final result looked neat and beautiful. They also have a nice selection of nail colors and designs to choose from. Overall, the service was smooth and the quality of work was impressive. I would definitely come back again for another nail treatment.

Perfect nail salon with great friendly & hard workers. There was a quiet zone and I literally fell asleep while they did my nails. I woke up with cute flowers on my feet (check pictures). My nails look very classic, I love it! It's not expensive: 1650 pesos for gel nails & feet massage, cleaning and polish, definitely worth the money! Thank you🤍

Very dissapointed. I left with nothing on my nails… I had my previous gel nails removed, it went pretty well. They charged me 500 for gel remover plus 400 for cuticle cleaning which I thought was part of nail remover? The nail polish they put was very basic, not hard gel, and would not dry after 30 min so they took it off and tried again. Waited another 30 min to dry and never did. After all, I was there 2 hours and left with my natural nails nothing on it. Staff is smiling, attentive and meticulous. It was not a bad experience, but very disappointing.

Had a fantastic experience here today at Dear Alice Nail Salon! The atmosphere was inviting, and the nail technicians were skilled and friendly. My Pedicure turned out beautifully! Thank you so much to Ms. Princess, Ms. Len and Ms. Prcy for accommodating me and my mom-in-law for our pampering day. You all are the best. We also enjoyed the relaxing massage that relieved all our tension. I highly recommend Dear Alice Nail Salon here in Makati for a relaxing day of pampering.

I got gel nail extensions done, it was soooo ugly but i thought maybe since it was almost closing time the nail therapist was rushing so i kept mum, i had asked her for almond shaped nails but some nails were oblong, some were round and some were square, how she colored it was so bad too! I could’ve asked a 2 year old to do it and they would have done a better job.. i had an event the next day (it was a dinner party) and suddenly my nails started falling off. I took it back to the salon the next day and the same lady who did them had the audacity to ask me what i did to make it fall off and blamed my nails for the reason being. She redid my nails but it still looked really gnarly!! It looked so ugly that i didn’t argue and just laughed.. the redone nails lasted only a week. I paid 2,300php for gross disgusting looking nails hahaha
