LIKES: love the ambiance-very gurly pinky- inviting and comfy, love the service most especially for 1st time customers-attendant will tell you how to care for your lashes, prices were very affordable, courteous staff and very engaging, they offer loyalty card, i really liked the service that they have done to my lashes for quite sometime now and indeed I am very satisfied, remaining lashes extension removal were given free depending on how plenty the remaining hairs are, ceiling lights compliments the entire room which is really good. DISLIKES: small waiting area outside, it could only holds 3 persons at least-so you better be early to be accommodated the soonest, no reservations so 1st come-1st serve basis applies.

I had my lashes done for the first time on the 29th of march. I was with my mom that day and she also had her extensions. The next day i noticed that the lash adhesive is clumpy resulting it to be painful whenever i close my eyes. I thought that maybe it is how it is supposed to be. Since it was my first time, i didnt bother complaining. Also, i was too busy with work to go there. I availed their express lash for P250 i just thought to myself, naaaaah. You get what you paid for. After a couple of days my eyes is still reddish because of the extensions they applied it sort of pricking my eyelids causing my eyes to turn red. I consulted one of my friends who is a professional artist and has lots of experience in this matter. And was advised to go back to the Salon and have it checked. It was already late and I had to do something. I left a review on their facebook page and sent them a message. It was nice that the owner acknowledged the situation and have my lashes fixed. They even sent me a text message saying that i had to go there to have my lashes checked. I didnt show up right away because i was too busy. I went there a day after the original appointment date. And to my surprise, the owner is asking me for an update. So i went to the salon the staff are not so accommodating and is already expecting me so i guess they are kinda mad about what happened. They offered to remove the lashes applied FOR FREE. I also availed their express lashes again to give it another try. Of course i paid for the extensions that was applied. Over all experience, 6/10 (for now) I am just happy that they took ownership about what happened, fixed it and hoping they wouldnt fvck up next time. And also educated me on what things to do and not to. Still not satisfied but lets see what happens next. Ps: My mom's lashes were great.
