worst experience ever. Mag AYUMI nalang kayo. Their receptionist is nice, yung 2 old lady na nag mamanicure yung rude. I asked for a nail extension removal, so nag inquire ako then I came back matanda na yung kausap ko, I couldn’t hear her properly so I just said yes abt the gel/extension removal. During the removal, sabi nya "tatanggalin ba tong extension?"(kasi gel lang daw narinig nya not extensions) I said yes, tas may binubulong pa sya "sabi nya gel removal eh" more like 5x nya sinabi at yung "iba charge nito". Babayaran naman. Hindi naman tatakbuhan. Kahit yung receptionist alam na yun yung ipapa service ko.

Unfriendly staff. Just wanna share my recent experience from one of your receptionists, Althea. I’ve been a loyal client of your salon for some time now and have always appreciated the quality of service. But I was disappointed by the behavior of your receptionist. She appeared unfriendly and seemed irritated when I asked a few questions, which left me feeling uncomfortable. Her demeanor didn’t reflect the welcoming atmosphere I’ve come to expect from your salon. As a repeat client, I hope this can be addressed to ensure future visits are more pleasant.

NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!! So overpriced, you don't charge soft gel extensions for almost 3,000 for just a plain manicure too. Went there this week and not even a week later my nail broke. Unsatisfied and never coming back.

The other nail salons are all booked that day so there's no choice i was forced to try this one. So asked for a gel mani pedi here.. The services are exaggerately expensive when it is not a fancy salon. Adding to my frustration.. The staff are not so accomodating. Mostly they are grumpy 'bugnutin' and what I hated the most is when the staff assigned to me has accidentaly cut my nails too deep that I bled much. She is not gentle and not focused. Beware.

Affordable services. Professional staffs. But the highlight for me would be their reclining leather chairs. Very relaxing!

Had a French tip done there. It was ugly. Though the full nail colors were good, it's just the French tip that was a waste.
