I have been with GlossyPaints since July of 2022. Their services are good, decent ventilation, kind and hospitable staff, and a very competitive set of nail technicians/artists. You can ask them for nail arts that you’d like for a reasonable additional fee. They also have a a very affordable range of hair services that I am yet to try. Below are the nail designs they have done on my natural nails. Always gorgeous, always glossy. Services I have tried from them are: 1. Waxing 2. Nail art 3. Eyelash And they were all a pleasant experience.

I’ve been visiting this nail salon since my college days because of its relaxing ambiance and comfortable space. So I’ve always been happy to support this business. Yesterday, I had a 4:00 PM appointment for a gel manicure and pedicure. Unfortunately, we weren’t accommodated until around 4:20–4:30 PM. During the pedicure cleaning, I felt a bit uncomfortable with the way the technician handled the service. She repeatedly commented, "Your nails are too hard to clean," sighed, stretched her back, and even said things like "I’m tired" and "I didn’t expect to clean this much." While I completely understand that the work can be tiring, but I don’t think it’s appropriate to express that frustration to customers. Esp for services that are booked in advance and pay for its price. I feel like im being blamed for simply booking the services I paid for. Also, we’re willing to pay additional if it’s hard for them to do the service. Later, I decided to get the foot cleaning instead of Gel pedicure. In the end, we still gave them a tip💸, but my companion from Australia was not impressed by the experience. I hope this feedback helps improve customer interaction and professionalism in the future.

Weird how they thinly apply their gel manicures/pedicures. It’s my first time experiencing that kind of service since I do gel manicures back in Davao City. No matter how you tell them to apply it thicker, they’d still end up making it thin. How cheap, it seems like its intentionally done so you’ll instantly come back to get your nails done.

Their products in all fair is i do believe is in quality. What i didnt like was i when they gave me a picture of their pricelist but paid more than id expected.. good thing i brought extra .. they didn't bother to inform me what are the inclusion of the service i asked and what are those extra charges... Second, more worse was their nail paraphernalias(whatever u call it) arent sanitized! My nail technician asked where was her nail pusher and who's using and then the other tech said " here im using it,?!" Sabay dunol! infront of me! 😱Which she just used it from other person's feet and then use it to another just like that?! Good thing wala nadayon ug gamit sa akoa but still ang iyang gigamit sa akoa? I just dont want to think about it cause its already too late. Pero uso ang aids ron they should be reminded ...😭 Not to mention that i waited for quite awhile cause their techs are late, understandable cause it was raining..but still ..they didnt bother to tell me why . I just sat there and i just assumed! So yeah, never going back.. ill stick to my fave salon!

Hatte eine Waxing Behandlung. Leider nicht sehr gut. Sie hatte viele Haare vergessen. Hab ich erst draußen gesehen. Keine Pflegotion danach.
