The most worst costumer service ! Not welcoming + not giving you the right service I ask for entire body massage and paid for it , apparently they give kust back massage!!!!

I walked in to book for a foot massage today. When I first walked in, they were all on their phone and did not get a warm welcome. I then ask if I can make an appointment for a foot massage. I was advised that they don't make appointments on Fridays but can do a walk in. One lady said , there's an availability however....... I can't have a massage because I am pregnant! I am overweight but it's quite insulting to assume one is pregnant because if their weight. I will not recommend this business to anyone.

That was really worth it, We thought it we went in thinking it would be like any regular massage but were shocked with the Attention we had and Welcoming atmosphere , more shocking was the massage , it was above expectations , Shout out to @Michelle who did extraordinary job releasing all that stress buildup .

Good massage parlor if you're in the area. Of course price is a bit more than other places but it's probably due to high rental of the place. If you're staying temporarily in one of the condos around, this one is good since you just walk to the place. Might be a bit more expensive but u save gas and time. All the staff are nice and they have ginger tea and wet face towel after the massage. Tip is at your discretion. By the way they have a card that you can get stamped, a free gift after the 5th and a free massage after the 10th.

Honestly! i would have gone to this place at least like 5 times & Everytime what they say is booked sir.I went by 8pm to book for later. so the early the better. The moment you enter the premises, it literally melt us with their odor, the receptionist is kinda won't talk at all😂 their rooms are not sound proof where you can hear people next room talking 😅 Only one at Mckinley and it's fine to be here when you want one badly!

Earlier today, I walked in to inquire about making an appointment since I saw the Baan Khun Thai large advertising poster in the window. Ok, haha apparently you must call to make an appointment. I started to call while standing at their desk, but the vibe wasn't very welcoming. It all works out, because it gave me time to read the reviews. I'll simply find a more receptive place for a massage. Update: I received an excellent massage, in the McKinley Hill area, for far less cost. I walked in and was granted a walk in appointment. Good thing, I got there early because the reception area was full and phone ringing as I left. It was the best massage I had all year...haha the only one in 2025, and I'm happy things worked out elsewhere.

I honestly can’t even remember the last time that I left a review, but I was extremely surprised to discover how rude the staff is…so here I am leaving my first review in years. I definitely won’t be returning or recommending this place to anyone.
