Banahaw Heals SPA

The massage itself was very good and relaxing. However, the experience at the reception could be improved. I greeted the receptionist upon arrival and also after paying, but did not receive any response both times. A bit more courtesy would have made the overall experience much better.

New location in General Malvar St. 2 blocks from Jollibee. Facility is well maintained and very good service even for senior citizens.

Pleased with the massage, but at checkout, the bill amount did not add up. I asked for a receipt and received no item breakdown. Upon further questioning, I found they added charges for a hot towel without permission or disclosure. The amount was insignificant, but it’s an underhanded poor business practice. I won’t be returning because I support business with up front pricing.

Non-sense reservation process. Dropped by the spa to book an appointment, but instead they told me to message their facebook page to do the booking. Waste of time.

Therapists are noisy. Always chatting while customers are trying to relax. Only 1 space for carpark. Road leading to the spa is very busy and traffic can be very heavy.
