The massage is truly invigorating. Hindi pa nagbuburp mga therapists(a plus for me) Talagang mahihimbing at sisigla ka! Worth the detour from a southie like me.

I think this was one of the worst massages I have ever had. It was easy to make an appointment and we were given a calamansi drink upon arrival. There was a promotion of P1,000 off the total bill for 2 pax of 90 minute massage (P1,199 each from the regular price of P1,699). We got the 90 minutes Himbing (Swedish, Chinese Reflexology, and aromatherapy) and Sigla (Filipino hilot, Swedish, and Chinese Reflexology) and it was just so disappointing. The massage therapists weren’t trained at all and they were just touching our bodies with no technique whatsoever. They kept talking throughout the duration of the massage and there was a lot of lull moments where they weren’t doing anything. It was just really lazy and we felt like we were scammed afterwards. We were shocked with how bad it was given the 5 star reviews here. So I don’t know if we were just unlucky with the massage therapists we were assigned 😕

Every time I visit Spa de Manila, I walk out feeling so relaxed and refreshed. I honestly look forward to their welcome drinks and the little treat after the massage, sarap talaga and it makes the whole experience feel extra thoughtful. The place is cozy too. It’s always such a comforting and happy experience every time.

Just checked out Spa De Manila, the new wellness spot in Greenhills, San Juan, and seriously, you need to book their signature AGOS (Vitality Stretch) immediately. The whole place feels modern and super serene—it's a proper escape from the city chaos. But the massage? It's the real star. It’s a genius fusion that combines the intense, precise pressure-point work of Japanese Shiatsu with the deep, assisted movements of Traditional Thai stretching. This isn't your average relaxing rubdown; it’s therapeutic. If you’ve been stiff, dealing with joint tension, or just sitting too much, the AGOS stretch is a game-changer. It instantly improved my range of motion and knocked out stiffness. I left feeling lighter, more flexible, and totally energized. Final Verdict: Skip the typical massage and treat yourself to this. It’s the perfect blend of fixing your body and getting completely spoiled. Totally worth the hype!

Such a great experience! Medjo nadelay lang yung service ng 30 mins from the chosen appointment schedule pero it's okay kasi the moment you walk into the spa, you will be warmly greeted by the staff. Ms. Irish explained the packages very well and super accommodating! We will definitely recommend you guys! Manifesting for a bigger space for you. Keep up the amazing service ✨️

Had the "himbing" massage and it was wonderful. The ambience and the service (from the masseuse to the receptionist) were great. The surprise snack at the end after the relaxing massage was perfection. Will visit again soon!

I actually stumbled upon Spa de Manila while on my way to GH Mall. I just saw it randomly from the car and it immediately piqued my interest. I decided to book in advance via their mobile number and availed the HIMBING package, which is a fusion of Swedish massage and Chinese Reflexology infused with fragrant aromatherapy. It was on promo for ₱899 for 60 minutes, such a great deal! 🤩 From the moment I entered, the receptionist and staff were warm and welcoming. I was offered a choice of welcome drinks, either Calamansi Juice or Honey Citron Tea. I picked the latter, and that warm cup instantly helped me relax. 🍵 The first step was choosing my massage oil scent, and I went with Peppermint, which smelled really calming. Before starting, they soaked my feet in warm water for cleansing, which helped me unwind even more. The room and ambiance were really nice with calming music, soft lighting, and an overall cozy vibe. The massage itself was great. I chose Himbing, which focuses on relaxation, though I think it can still be improved a bit. Since it’s a fusion massage, it wasn’t purely Swedish and had some mild hilot parts. My therapist mentioned my shoulders and upper back were stiff, so she focused more on those areas to release the tension. I was expecting something a bit gentler, but it was still a relieving and rejuvenating session. Totally my fault too since I was too shy to ask for lighter pressure! 🙈 Special shoutout to Ms. Jem, my therapist, who was very accommodating and attentive throughout. 👏🏻 After the massage, I was surprised and delighted to be served pandesal with kesong puti and a hot chokolate batirol. Such a cozy and thoughtful way to end the experience! 😌 Overall, I had a really good time at Spa de Manila. I’ll definitely be back to try their other massage options, hopefully one that’s a bit more on the relaxing side next time. 💆🏻‍♀️
